Meet the Team

The mission of the Student Affairs Health and Wellness Program is to foster a supportive environment that empowers you to attend to multiple facets of your health and wellbeing, including emotional, financial, social, spiritual, occupational, physical, intellectual, and environmental wellbeing. Through education, resources, and community-building, we foster resilience, promote healthy habits, and create a culture of self-care that enhances both personal and professional growth. We view health and wellness as a process that is culturally informed and unique to everyone. By integrating wellness into the fabric of medical education, we strive to equip you to care for yourself as well as your patients.
